Andrew Coburn is Professor of Health Policy and Management and Director of the Institute for Health Policy in the Muskie School of Public Service, University of Southern Maine, and Visiting Scholar here at HSPRN. As the founding director of the Institute, Dr. Coburn has had a long-standing commitment to the application of health services research in policy decision making.
