Knowledge Translation
The HSPN aims to help to close the know-do gap in health research through the synthesis, exchange, application and dissemination of knowledge to improve the health-care system and health service delivery.
Building on existing collaborations and exchange partnerships, our research program produces tangible evidence that is disseminated to key stakeholders, including regional and provincial knowledge users, providers, patients and caregivers.
In addition to academic presentations and peer-reviewed publications, HSPN organizes seminar series and annual symposium to provide interactive platforms through which the research products can be directly exchanged among the communities of practice, including the targeted knowledge users, other research communities and wider public.
